Terms of Service

1. Platform Access

Access to the FieldFox Pro Platform Management Portal is restricted to authorized platform administrators. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and may result in account suspension.

2. SLA Commitment

We maintain 99.9% uptime for all platform services. Health monitoring is available at /api/health. Planned maintenance windows are announced 24 hours in advance.

3. Data Processing Agreement

As a SaaS provider, we process customer organization data as a data processor. A formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request at legal@contact.ipoctet.com.

4. Security Requirements

  • Platform administrators must use strong passwords.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strongly recommended.
  • All administrative actions are audit-logged.
  • Report security concerns to security@contact.ipoctet.com.
