FieldFox Pro Platform ("we", "our") collects information necessary to provide SaaS platform management services:
- Platform Admin Data: Name, email, role, and authentication credentials.
- Organization Data: Organization names, subscription details, member counts, and usage metrics.
- Operational Data: Feature configurations, subscription events, and platform audit logs.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and session information.
2. Data Processing
As a SaaS platform, we process data on behalf of our customer organizations. We act as a data processor for organization-level data and as a data controller for platform administration data.
3. Security Measures
- AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit
- Row-Level Security for multi-tenant data isolation
- TOTP Multi-Factor Authentication
- Comprehensive audit logging
- Regular security assessments
4. Data Retention
Platform data is retained while accounts are active. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 1 year.
